My little one has a large/small head for their age. What size should I order? 

Wildernaut bonnets are designed a bit generous to fit your growing little one. Please see the sizing page for size info and measuring tips.

What is the turnaround time for my order? 

If the product description notes an item as ready-to-ship, then turnaround from ordering to shipment will be 1-4 business days.

If the product description notes an item as pre-order or made-to-order, then turnaround from ordering to shipment will be 1-3 weeks.  See the product description for closer time estimates. 

If you purchase both ready-to-ship and made-to-order items, then all items will ship together with the turnaround time of the made-to-order items. 

Do you offer expedited order times/shipping?

If you have questions about the need to expedite a specific order, please DM @wildernaut_shop on Instagram (including your name and order number), but generally expedited shipping is not available. 

Do you take orders for custom bonnets or animals? 

Yes, on a limited basis during non-peak seasons (Easter, Halloween, and Christmas). Please DM @wildernaut_shop on Instagram with inquiries.

Is that real fur? 

No.

When will your (unicorn, wolf, etc) bonnet next be available? 

Instagram (@wildernaut_shop) is the best place to see info about which items will be dropping when. Please check our profile for specific dates first, then message us on Instagram if you still have questions.

Are your bonnets/tails washable? 

Yes, please see the care instructions. 

Do you accept returns? 

Custom orders and sample sale items are final sale. Returns of other unused items are accepted within 14 days of receipt. Original shipping is non-refundable, and buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Please monitor your tracking information once your package ships.  The Wildernaut Shop cannot be responsible for lost or stolen packages.
